        Supplemental Program to Mental Health Services

        She Believes is a trusted partner of mental health providers. Together, we address each member holistically, supporting both the body and the mind—essential for sustainable wellness.

        Benefits of this approach include:

        • Physical + Mental Support: Our coaches focus on behavior change, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits, while mental health counselors address emotional and psychological well-being. Together, we address the full spectrum of your needs.
        • Sustainable Results: Motivation to maintain these healthy habits long-term will be at a high when both your emotional and physical struggles are addressed.
        • Trauma-Informed Wellness: Counselors can address trauma or adverse experiences while our coaches support lifestyle changes in a safe and structured way.

        Licensed psychotherapist, Kelly Corbitt, leads our team of coaches, assuring we are trauma informed & highly sensitive to our members' needs.

        Our certified health coaches create personalized plans that work with your lifestyle and current fitness levels. Together, you'll work to develop healthy habits that stick.

        Our members focus on habits that include:

        • Increased Water Intake: Drinking more water boosts energy, supports digestion, aids in weight management, & improves skin health.
        • Working Out Consistently: Regular exercise improves physical health, elevates mood, boosts energy levels, supports weight control, & enhances sleep quality.
        • Eating Right: Nourishing your body provides vital nutrients, supports immune function, stabilizes blood sugar, improves digestive health, & enhances mental clarity.
        • Getting Quality Sleep: This restores your body & mind, improves mood, and boosts focus & productivity.

        Our coaches are right by your side- becoming a valuable tool on your journey toward mental and physical well-being.

        Mindfulness & Self-Development

        Our program also offers weekly mindset coaching sessions. Entitled "Because I Matter", our members embark on a journey, getting to know themselves and recognizing why each one of them matters.

        Some topics explored include:

        • Self Acceptance: accepting your strengths & flaws without judgment & recognizing your worth
        • Finding Your Voice: your needs deserve to be supported, just as you support others' needs
        • Comparing Yourself: exploring the dangers of constantly comparing yourself to others
        • Negative Thought Patterns: working on your positive self talk
        • Living with Gratitude: finding joy in your every day, no matter the challenge

        Led by program founder Wendy Sullivan, the sessions come with an accompanying workbook- a sacred place to get to know & love yourself.

        The amount of love and support that Wendy has provided me with the She Believes Program is unimaginable. Wendy has truly changed my life! Starting with sharing her own personal story, to being fully engaged as a coach, and now as a genuine friend and mentor. She has helped me gain so much confidence in the last 8 months. Together, we've made progress on my daily goals, such as exercising regularly and keeping up with my water. The biggest struggle of mine, she has helped me fully succeed with: accountability. That has been huge for me. I can officially say I have lost almost 60 pounds!

        Additionally, I have been seeking out a holistic approach and working with a therapist, who has also done wonders in my life. Kelly has been so supportive and has helped me develop the strength I needed to heal from within. This truly made a difference with both my mental & physical health. I believe these things work hand in hand because, if a person is not mentally well, it is such a challenge to grow, heal from within, and change your lifestyle.

        With that being said, having the support of Wendy and my therapist has been nothing short of amazing. Without the two together I would never be where I am right now. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank both of them for being in my corner always. And for allowing me to learn, grow, stumble, and fall. Without all of this, success would feel impossible. Being able to stumble & fall, but get back up due to the support of those around you, is the greatest gift someone can give. This only helps make a person stronger than they were the day before.
