Wendy Sullivan
program founder
I was never the fit one. Or the pretty one. Or the one with all the friends. My days growing up were characterized by daily bouts with bullying. This eventually carved out an adult with serious insecurities. Overwhelmed by my life as a working mom, I never considered getting support as my needs were always secondary. Eventually I realized that I wasn’t my best self, walking around each day burdened by these struggles. Hitting rock bottom, I made the decision to start prioritizing myself and my needs. This was a turning point and has made all the difference.
The She Believes program was created to give women a positive, motivating space to focus on themselves. A space to go on those days where you need a little boost. And a space to go when you want to share even the smallest of wins.
It is my hope to help women everywhere recognize their true strength. To help them see how much they are already doing. To help them through the daily struggles that have kept them from making progress on previous goals. Because there is an amazing life out there waiting for each of us.
Let’s get started on this journey together.

Vanessa Campos
empowerment coach, fitness & nutrition coach, life coach
Vanessa is a coach with more than 25 years of experience helping women rebuild their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She is known for her deeply empathetic, honest, and human approach to coaching, guiding women not from a place of perfection, but from lived experience, resilience, and truth.
Vanessa’s journey has been anything but linear. In 2016, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that forced her to confront her health, self-worth, and identity on a deeper level. Years later, after pushing through chronic pain and fatigue while still showing up for her clients and her kids, she underwent a total hip replacement in 2022, followed by a revision in 2023. Instead of letting these obstacles break her, they became pivotal moments that shaped her coaching philosophy:
strength isn’t about never falling—it’s about learning to rise again and again with compassion and grit.
Her own healing journey sparked a passion for helping women break cycles of self-doubt, trauma, comparison, and perfectionism. Vanessa believes in meeting women exactly where they are, helping them reclaim their confidence, rebuild their self-worth, and become stronger than the stories that once made them feel small.
Vanessa is honored to bring her heart, experience, and mission to She Believes: to empower women to rise, heal, and take back their power—one workout, one breakthrough, one moment at a time.

Nancy Paley
director of app services
Nancy joined the She Believes team to help Wendy, but she quickly found herself becoming invested in the girls’ success. Working with the app, she saw first hand the good that the program does. Though her work is behind the scenes, Nancy likes being a part of women’s journeys toward becoming their best selves. She relates to many of their struggles, and their successes inspire her. Nancy’s wellness journey has had its ups and downs, but she is making small changes to keep herself going in the right direction. Being a part of the She Believes team is helping her do that.
She Believes
In her dreams. In her goals. In herself.
