      • One Year and 50 Pounds Later...

        As someone who has struggled with weight loss programs in the past, working with She Believes has been a game-changer for me. I have lost close to 50 pounds and developed lasting habits thanks to the She Believes accountability coaching program. Unlike previous programs where I felt restricted and ultimately gave up, my coach taught me valuable skills that have truly transformed my approach to wellness. This guidance has shown me the importance of flexibility and resilience when it comes to healthy living. I used to be caught in a cycle of all or nothing thinking, but She Believes helped me understand that setbacks are a natural part of the journey. The pep talks and unwavering support have motivated me to keep pushing forward even when things get tough. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that balance is key. I no longer stress about social outings or enjoying myself because my coach has instilled in me the belief that life is meant to be enjoyed. Additionally, the program's focus on exercise has been a game-changer. From motivational texts to kickstart my morning workout and words of encouragement when I opt for a walk instead of hitting the gym, the support keeps me on track and accountable in the most uplifting way possible. Thanks to She Believes, I've not only achieved significant weight loss but also discovered a newfound sense of empowerment and self-love.
